- All reservations must be paid in full before arrival by transfer.
- All cancellations and changes must be received by 4:00 pm Yogyakarta time at least 48 hours
prior to expected arrival date, or a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be billed.
The same penalty applies to no-shows.

- Early check in between 6 AM-9AM or early departure fees of 50% of room rate may apply.
